DJ Prices
DJ Daniel Toop
I started DJing in 2002 and I’ve been playing clubs and private events ever since.
I’m a open-format DJ, which means I can play all genres and ages of music and change it up for every event, depending on what the crowd is getting into.
I’ve performed everywhere from festival stages and backyard weddings, the only similarities are that the dancefloor and the music is a really important aspect of the events I’m at.
Every event is different, I find out what your style is and create something that suits you and can change it up depending on what your crowd is getting into.
All killer, no filler.

What’s the process.
We talk on the phone or Zoom to see we suit each other. You need to be confident you have the right person and if I don’t want to DJ any boring events (sorry)
I send you an invoice for the non-refundable deposit to lock me in for your event. All bookings are made on a first to pay basis.
I’ll send you my music planning form, to give me a good idea of your style.
We can chat on the phone or on Zoom when you need during the planning process. I usually don’t meet in person but we can catch up in Rosebud for a coffee if you’re a face-to-face person.
I’ll contact your venue to check about load in and venue specific rules.
Full payment is due 2 weeks prior to the event.
On the day I’ll get there early and setup the equipment and soundcheck.
Rock your dancefloor. Rinse and Repeat.
Pack up my equipment after the event and leave the event.
The Love Gun
The Love Gun is a CO2 cannon that is used at festivals and I’ve got a smaller version for use at private events. See the GIF for me using it at an event.
It’s great for when the dancefloor is going off. If you want a modern event with a festival vibe then This. Is. It.
If your venue allows it I can also use Confetti as a confetti cannon too <3
Technics 1200 Vinyl
There’s nothing quite like vinyl…
With this option I swap out my Digital Pioneer CDJs and use my Technics 1200s with records instead.
I’ll bring records from my collection that suit your tastes and I also have Timecode records, so I can blend seemlessly between analogue and digital tracks. The best parts of the old and the new technology.
Lighting package & Hazer
I have mood lighting, uplighting, UV lighting, Lazers, Mirrorballs and old school Kanye par-cans which I can mix and match to suit your event style.
I also include a hazer, which creates a extremely fine mist that looks classy and accentuates the lighting but isn’t cheesy like a smoke machine.

Live Music
Live acoustic artists are the best way to start an event and it creates a vibe like no other.
I exclusively recommend Tillee Music because they have the best Artists in Australia.
Our clients often ask us to provide musicians when we DJ but I passionately believe in doing one thing and doing it to perfection. Nat feels the same and that’s why we both offer a 10% discount if you book us both at your event.
Have a listen to their artists and I think you will agree.
